Level 1: Spa Therapist (0–3 years)

Level 2: Senior Therapist / Lead Therapist (3–5 years)

You mentor juniors, handle VIP guests and lead treatment consultations. Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month.

Level 3: Spa Supervisor / Assistant Spa Manager (5–7 years)

You manage rosters, handle guest complaints and assist with retail targets. Salary: ₹40,000–₹70,000/month.

Level 4: Spa Manager (7–12 years)
