Welcome to SpaNaukri. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing jobs, or using any feature of SpaNaukri, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Description of Services

SpaNaukri is an online job marketplace connecting spa and wellness professionals (job seekers) with employers (spa businesses, wellness centres, and hospitality brands) in India. Our services include job listings, employer profiles, application management, and career resources.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use SpaNaukri to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
  • Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person, company, or organisation
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of our platform

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers posting jobs on SpaNaukri agree that all listings are for genuine, legal employment opportunities. Employers must not discriminate based on gender, religion, caste, disability, or any other characteristic protected under Indian law, including the Equal Remuneration Act and Persons with Disabilities Act.

SpaNaukri reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws without notice.

6. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers agree to provide accurate information in profiles and applications. Misrepresentation of qualifications, certifications, or experience may result in account suspension and may constitute fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SpaNaukri — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to SpaNaukri and is protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content (resumes, profiles, job listings), you grant SpaNaukri a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and process that content in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpaNaukri provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the suitability of job seekers for particular roles, or the availability of jobs. We are not responsible for the employment practices of any employer listed on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, SpaNaukri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including loss of employment, loss of data, or any other loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
